Refund policy

We want you and your dachshund to absolutely love every WienerWorld product. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we've got you covered.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at wienerworld.cr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged item.

Personalized Items Because personalized products are made specifically for your dog, we cannot accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
